THE BEACH 2025 — a brand-new beach festival dedicated to dance music—will make its debut on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Makuhari Seaside Park in Chiba. Just 40 minutes from central Tokyo by train, this prime seaside location on Tokyo Bay offers the perfect setting to dance freely to the world’s top-tier sounds.
Headlining this inaugural edition is none other than The Chemical Brothers, legends of the electronic music world, delivering an extremely rare 2.5-hour long DJ set.
Joining them is a stunning lineup that bridges generations and genres: the cult-favorite and next-gen techno queen Sara Landry, Japanese techno pioneer Takkyu Ishino, Qrion, and ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U. This carefully curated roster promises to captivate everyone from longtime dance music devotees to those chasing the forefront of sound.
With a specially built stage on the beach and a comfortable deluxe area, the festival invites you to lose yourself in world-class DJ sets while enjoying the sea breeze.
